Why should your athlete undergo video analysis?

The purpose of the video analysis is to evaluate the mechanical deviations of the athlete from normal to identify improper stresses on the body that could predispose an athlete to injury or delay the healing process for those already recovering from an injury.

This is very important in preventing injury and for returning to sport after an injury. Correcting these errors through an individualized exercise program can help to prevent further injury and elevate athletic performance. In addition to the video analysis, one of our certified athletic trainers will complete a thorough musculoskeletal exam and functional movement assessment. This will allow us to provide a comprehensive plan for each individual.
